However, we are very selective to ensure that we find partners that have the same goals and objectives as we do and that there is a synergy between us and our partners.

It is very important to find the synergy that allows two organizations to share their resources and expertise and complement each others products and services and hence provide the best for end users.

1) Strategic Alliance - to enable both organizations to gain competitive strength by accessing each other's company resources and technologies'

2) Joint Ventures - to share the rewards and the risks on a particular project that is co-managed and executed jointly and share assets, technology, and distribution;

3) Business Process Outsourcing - to achieve measurable reduction in expenditure through sharing the costs and to transform the way a single organization would plan, research, develop, and market a new product/service and join with a partner to share such expenditure and achieve a long-term sourcing and managing of projects to the mutual benefit of both parties.
